Linear oven with vacuum technology for ironing and stabilizing footwear

The machine operates in four distinct steps and in succession:

STEP 1 – Loading 3-4 pairs of shoes (2 pairs of boots)
STEP 2 – 2.1 Heating with hot air ventilation

2.2 Humidification under pressure (Steam quantity and temperature)
2.3 Hot air ironing

STEP 3 – Stretching in high vacuum (vacuum and temperature adjustment)
STEP 4 – Unloading the processed footwear.

The machine equipped with touch screen interfaced to a PLC has the ability to create and save recipes suitable for any type of footwear
